Balanced Strength
It took me a while to realize that it takes a lot of strength to stay balanced. You have to be strong to deter negative energy from people and you also need strength to chase a two- and four-year-old around with a Steadicam. Thankfully, yoga refuels me with a healthy dose of inner and outer endurance.
